Return Policy for Wholesale Sanitary Products

Conditions for Returns
Customers are required to inspect the condition of the goods and may exchange/return them under the following circumstances:

The items are not the correct type or model as ordered in the placed order or as displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Insufficient quantity or incomplete sets as per the order.
External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Goods are defective due to manufacturing faults.
Customers may inspect the goods upon receipt and may refuse delivery if any of the aforementioned faults occur. In case of inspecting the goods afterwards, notification should be made, and goods should be sent within the specified time frame in section 3.

Cases Where Returns are Not Applicable
Goods that have been opened, unsealed, or had their labels removed for liquid products. However, for products in tablet form, if the box has been opened, they can still be exchanged/returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
The time elapsed since receiving the goods exceeds the specified return period.
Goods purchased under promotional programs with conditions explicitly stating they are non-returnable.
Nissin does not accept returns if customers lack a need for or intent to use the product.
Regulations on Notification Time and Product Return
Notification time for returns: Within 72 hours of receiving the product, customers should contact us for assistance. After 72 hours from the receipt of the goods, Nissin Pharma rejects any complaints as per the above content.

Product Requirements for Returns
Products should show no signs of prior use and should have intact manufacturer labels or seals.
Return the product for exchange or refund within 4 days from the successful delivery.
Procedure for Product Returns Due to Defects
Customers should ensure that the product they wish to return (or exchange) meets our return policy conditions and is not listed in the non-returnable product category.

Regulations on Processing Time for Requests
Response to requests: Within a maximum of 2 hours of receiving the notification, Nissin Pharma must review and respond to customer requests. Responses may include requesting additional information, accepting, or rejecting the request.

Decision notification: Within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the product, Nissin Pharma must inform the customer whether the request for return/exchange is accepted. The notification channel will be the same as the one through which the request was made (email, phone, etc.).

Returns and refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the integrity of the product during transportation. Refunds (if applicable) will be made within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the returned goods.
